Lasers
We recommend trying our skin rejuvenating products first, and then, in a month or so, scheduling a laser treatment or peel. Lasers work best once you lose some of that summer tan, and most of our peels require avoiding sun exposure immediately after treatment, so both these services are perfect for early fall.
Laser treatments can address many signs of sun damage, such as spots, uneven pigmentation, mottled discoloration or fine lines. Coastal Dermatology has state-of-the-art lasers that safely and precisely target and treat the affected skin.

Peels
Peels are another way to rejuvenate your skin and minimize signs of sun damage like fine lines around the eyes or mouth, age spots, and uneven texture. To improve the appearance of your skin, a chemical solution is applied, which causes the skin to exfoliate and eventually peel. The new skin that replaces it will be smoother and more even. Peels can be used to treat skin on your face, neck or hands.
We offer three types of chemical peels: light, medium and deep. The strength of the peel is based on the concentration of the chemical solution, with stronger solutions penetrating deeper into your skin.
